Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Most items sold at The Jellyfish Store are made-to-order. We're typically able to produce and ship items within 10-15 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when it goes out and will be sent via USPS to your doorstep. If you still haven't seen a shipping confirmation three weeks after you've placed your order, please contact our customer service team at jellyfish@screenbroidery.com.

Exchanges: Have an issue with a product? Order the wrong size? Just need someone to talk to? Don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please feel free to call or email us with any issues or exchanges, and we’ll do everything we can to help you. Send us an email at jellyfish@screenbroidery.com, and we will get you taken care of.
On-Demand Items: To limit unused product waste, we have offered a sustainable production solution to make products as orders come in. Since on-demand products are made to order, this means we don’t hold inventory in the warehouse and are unable to accept exchanges. However, if the product is damaged or defective, we will do everything in our power to make it right!
Inventoried Items: If an item is inventoried in our warehouse, we can exchange it quickly and easily. Just let us know the problem and ScreenBroidery will take care of you.

Refunds and Returns: Your satisfaction with this store’s apparel and items is our top priority. Not only do we want you to be satisfied with our products, but with our customer service as well. We try to make all returns or exchanges as easy as possible. Since your apparel is produced on-demand with your company logo, we will make all attempts to make your exchange happen; however, there might be instances where we cannot complete an exchange. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order date. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

Please send your email to jellyfish@screenbroidery.com. If your item is returnable or exchangeable, we will create a standard shipping label for you to print out and ship to us. All return shipping is free within the United States unless expedited shipping is requested. Once the returned apparel is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.
